1. Purpose
This policy explains how QNS Academy London handles payments for courses, classes, programmes, digital resources and related services.
2. Fees
Course fees will be shown on the website, course page, enrolment form, invoice or payment link. Fees may vary by course, duration, age group, offer, package or payment plan.
3. Payment before access
Students are required to complete initial payment parameters before receiving active access to classes, links, recordings, resources, or course groups. QnS Academy London reserves the right to delay or withhold initial setup access if enrolment fees are not received.
4. Payment methods
Payments may be accepted through approved online payment gateways, bank transfer or other methods confirmed by QNS Academy London.
5. Payment Gateway Compliance
Before completing payment, customers must be provided with access to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Customers must actively confirm their acceptance of these policies by selecting the required checkbox before submitting payment.
6. Payment confirmation
Customers should keep payment confirmation records. QNS Academy London may request proof of payment where needed to trace a transaction.
7. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment transaction fails, active course access will not be granted. If a duplicate payment is made in error, customers should contact QnS Academy London at info@theqnsacademy.com. Remittance of duplicate collections will be issued through our original payment channel in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Payment plans
Where modular or instalment payment plans are formally agreed upon, all instalments must be paid strictly on time. Missed instalments may result in the immediate suspension of live access or full cancellation of student enrolment.
9. Late Payments
If any payment balance or plan instalment remains outstanding for more than 7 days after its designated due date, QnS Academy London may delay, suspend, or cancel access to live classes, recordings, learning materials, and related services until the outstanding balance has been cleared in full.
10. Refunds
All cancellations, drop-outs, and refund configurations are governed exclusively by the QnS Academy London Return and Refund Policy. Customers are legally required to review and accept that policy before completing any payment processing.
