Suspension & Cancellation: QnS Academy London reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel enrolment at our sole discretion if information is inaccurate, fees are unpaid, behaviour is inappropriate, or safeguarding concerns arise.
5. Fees and Payment
Course fees must be paid according to the payment terms stated on the specific course page, invoice, payment link, or enrolment form. If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days, access to classes, live sessions, and digital resources may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled until the balance is cleared.
6. Checkout Agreement
Before completing any purchase or enrolment, customers must confirm they accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy by selecting the mandatory checkbox at checkout. Checking this box constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and QNS ACADEMY LONDON LTD (trading as QnS Academy London).
7. Course Access and Delivery
QnS Academy London delivers courses through online platforms (including but not limited to Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or dedicated learning portals).
We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw course content, timings, instructors, and delivery platforms where reasonably necessary to improve educational quality or meet operational needs. We will endeavour to provide students with reasonable advance notice of any major structural changes.
8. Student Conduct
Students, parents and guardians must follow all QnS Academy London policies, including safeguarding, online safety, behaviour and communication requirements. QnS Academy London may suspend or remove access where there is serious or repeated misconduct.
Safeguarding is a priority. Any behaviour that may place a child, student or staff member at risk, or any failure to comply with safeguarding requirements, may result in immediate suspension or removal from programmes.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, notes, slides, videos and resources remain the intellectual property of QnS Academy London or the relevant teacher unless stated otherwise. Materials are for personal study only and must not be copied, sold, published, uploaded, distributed or shared without written permission.
10. Recordings
Some lessons may be recorded for educational, safeguarding, quality or catch-up purposes. Students and parents must not record, screenshot or share lessons without permission.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled exclusively in accordance with the QnS Academy London Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Students and parents are responsible for reviewing that policy before enrolling or making a payment.
12. Privacy

13. Limitation of liability
13.1 Academic Disclaimers: QnS Academy London aims to provide high-quality Islamic education but does not guarantee specific outcomes, qualifications, employment, religious status, or personal results. All educational materials and services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
13.2 Technical & Third-Party Disruption: The Academy relies on third-party digital platforms (including but not limited to Zoom, Telegram, and WhatsApp) to deliver its services. We shall not be held liable for any service interruptions, software bugs, internet outages, or technical failures caused by these external providers.
13.3 Financial Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total collective liability of QnS Academy London LTD for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the total amount of fees actually paid by you to the Academy for the specific course in question.
13.4 Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14. Changes to These Terms
QnS Academy London may update these Terms and Conditions when needed. The latest version will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
15. Governing Law

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children during online learning activities where reasonably required, taking into account the age and needs of the child.
18. Communications
By enrolling in a course or programme, you agree that QnS Academy London may contact you by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other reasonable communication methods regarding enrolment, classes, safeguarding matters, payments, updates, and administrative issues relating to your studies. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law and may be opted out of at any time.
