Student and Parent Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

QnS Academy London aims to create a learning environment built on adab, respect, sincerity and commitment. This Code explains what is expected from students and parents.

2. Student expectations

Students are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct:

• Show respect, courtesy, and adab to teachers, academy staff, and fellow students.
• Attend all scheduled live classes punctually and arrive fully prepared to learn.
• Utilize polite, appropriate, and encouraging language in all speech and text chats.
• Refrain entirely from mocking, insulting, disrupting, or bullying others.
• Maintain focus during lessons and follow the digital rules outlined in the Online Safety and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Respect the privacy of peers and honour the intellectual rights of instructors by not recording or sharing class dynamics without explicit authorization.

3. Parent expectations

Parents and legal guardians play a vital role in partnering with the academy to foster a productive learning environment:

• Actively support and monitor their child's class attendance, engagement, and spiritual progress.
• Communicate respectfully with QnS Academy London administration, faculty, and support staff.
• Address any operational, academic, or personal grievances privately through the designated institutional channels.
• Guide children to follow the academy's online safety and acceptable use parameters.
• Ensure administrative commitments and payment arrangements are maintained punctually, in accordance with the Payment Policy.
• Keep the academy informed of any specific educational needs, safeguarding concerns, or changing family circumstances that may impact the student's wellbeing.

4. Behaviour Concerns and Enforcement

QnS Academy London strives to handle behavioural corrections with patience, fairness, and care. However, to preserve a safe learning environment, infractions will be addressed progressively:

• Verbal reminders or written warnings issued directly to the student or parent.
• Temporary removal from an active live class session to prevent further disruption.
• Formal parental consultation to establish specific conditions for continued enrolment.
• Suspension or complete withdrawal from the programme for serious, hazardous, or repeated misconduct.

Any administrative account suspension or enrolment cancellation stemming from behavioural breaches will be executed strictly in accordance with the parameters set forth in the QnS Academy London Terms and Conditions and Return and Refund Policy.
